Otherwise known as the deal agnostic dashboard, this section will show you all current deals in progress and any important actions that need to be taken with request, NDA's or Offers.
Features
- Deals in Progress: Click on a to choose which deal you would like to work on currently. Your roll, the current business step, and the last activity taken on this business are show.
- Buyer Requests and NDA's: The Buyer Requests/NDA widget shows you interested buyers who are seeking approval to view your sensitive due diligence documents. You may also invite any potential buyers through this widget.
- Offers: The Business Offers Widget is designed to keep you informed of the offers that have been made on your business. You will be informed via email and through the DealMaker messaging system when an offer has been made.
